Star Wars Zero Company Mission Walkthrough and Objectives

Follow the recorded 13-mission main route, look up verified objectives for Stillwatch and other named missions, and keep Hero, Optional, and Crisis work separate.

The direct answer

For a named tactical rescue outside the recorded Main Story list, see the Storm Basin mission guide. It covers the reported six-civilian objective and keeps the Back Channels unlock Operation separate from the combat mission.

The recorded Star Wars Zero Company Main Story route begins with The Serolonis Job and ends with The Infinite Coil. Stillwatch is listed ninth, Deep Cover eleventh, and Unfinished Business twelfth. This is a 13-mission Main Story route in the fresh walkthrough record, not a claim that every mission type totals 13.

The mission database separates Main Story, Hero, Optional, and Crisis records. The current database reports 13 Main, 11 Hero, 53 Optional, and 46 Crisis records, but those database totals are not an official complete release-wide count. Use the current Holotable and mission briefing for the final check.

Main Story route

  1. The Serolonis Job
  2. Not Your Turf
  3. Eavesdropping
  4. Dark Waters
  5. Smugglers’ Den
  6. Casualties of War
  7. Enemy Intelligence
  8. Behind Enemy Lines
  9. Stillwatch
  10. Strike Action
  11. Deep Cover
  12. Unfinished Business
  13. The Infinite Coil

Use the mission order page when you only need the numbered route. Use this walkthrough for the named-objective lookup and for the distinction between Main Story work and the wider mission board.

Stillwatch spoiler note

The Stillwatch objective sequence above is a limited lookup from a post-release walkthrough. It is not a full choice, reward, or timer guide. The same source records that Trick cannot be spared. Check the in-game objective panel before treating the displayed sequence as the complete mission state.

Keep mission types separate

The 13 entries above are the recorded Main Story route. Hero missions are Operator-focused records, Optional missions are separate board work, and Crisis records form another group in the current mission database. A named Hero or Optional mission does not become part of the 13-entry Main Story route simply because it appears on the same Holotable.

The official mission guidance says that Tactical Missions deploy a squad to complete an objective. Objectives appear in the top-left interface and on the map, missions can be restarted from the game menu, and completing a mission advances the Cycle. Mission types can include Sabotage, Combat, Rescue, Retrieval, and narrative work centered on one hero.

Mission briefings also show the squad context. Some Hero missions attach a named Operator to the assignment, while the Anaxes mission Buy Cheap, Never Sleep is recorded as a Kabb Uppercut mission with Kabb required. Check the panel before deployment because an injured or unavailable required Operator can block the launch.

What the lookup does not confirm

The fresh sources do not provide reliable objective, choice, reward, required-Operator, expiry, or restart details for every related query. Terms such as comm relay search, Sullust search, try the Nysillin, and Marcan Herb or Bula Fruit remain To be confirmed here. Do not infer their outcomes from another mission or from the headline objective in this table.

For a route that includes the named Smugglers’ Den operation choice, read the Our Jedi Friend guide. The broader story missions guide keeps Smugglers’ Den in the campaign context.

Mission walkthrough FAQ

Is the 13 Main Story count the total number of missions?

No. It is the recorded Main Story route. Hero, Optional, and Crisis records are separate categories, and the collected database totals are not an official full release-wide count.

Is a headline objective the complete mission sequence?

No. A headline can identify the main task without listing every phase or objective change. Read the in-game briefing, the top-left objective panel, and the map before deployment and after an objective changes.

Can I restart a mission?

Official guidance says a mission can be restarted through the game menu with the same Operators. The full campaign consequence of every failure or restart is To be confirmed.

Read the briefing before moving

Mission objectives appear in the top-left interface and are marked on the map. That gives you the first tactical instruction before the squad takes a shot. If the objective says rescue, retrieve, sabotage, defend, occupy, or extract, movement and protection can matter more than the number of enemies defeated.

You do not have to clear every hostile unless the objective explicitly requires it. Mission examples include reaching an extraction zone, rescuing a protected unit, planting charges, or activating an interaction. A walkthrough should tell you when the mission is complete and what failure condition can still end the run.

Main, Hero, and Optional work

The mission board separates Main story, Hero missions, and Optional contracts. The Hero section includes Best Served Cold and Without Honor or Humanity for Cly Kullervo, Distress Call and You Can’t Go Home Again for Jae Mordant, Buy Cheap, Never Sleep and Kith and Kin for Kabb Uppercut, Lord of Betrayal for Luco Bronc, Origin of Infection and Sisters for Tel-Rea, No Kings, No Masters for Rex and Baker, and No Clone Left Behind for Trick.

Optional contracts cover a wider set of locations and objectives. Examples include Demolition on Anaxes, Cold Metal on Kaller, Silent Running on Ryloth, Trade Secrets on Sullust, and Wasteland on Vandor. The mission database also contains entries with prototype-unit objectives and crisis-style targets, but the final classification and full count of every contract are To be confirmed.

Personal work can be tied to conversations in The Den. Talking with teammates can reveal their backstories and unlock missions with personal meaning. Check the Den before deploying when a relationship or Operator story matters, then compare that task with the current timer and the next critical objective.

A reliable tactical walkthrough pattern

Begin by identifying the win condition and the route to it. Move the first Operator far enough to reveal the next section, use cover when the squad must wait, and keep a reaction option for the enemy turn. Each Operator normally has three Action Points, so every movement, attack, ability, or Overwatch choice changes what remains possible.

When the map introduces reinforcements, protect the objective rather than chasing every new target. A bridge, doorway, rooftop, or extraction lane can function as a choke point. Overwatch is strongest when an enemy must cross that lane, while Advantage is worth saving when a special action can finish a priority threat or keep a protected unit alive.

Extraction needs its own plan. Count the Operators that must enter the zone, confirm whether a rescued character also counts, and keep the final move available for the slowest unit. If a mission shifts from combat to evacuation, stop spending turns on enemies that do not block the route.

Cycles, expiry, and restarting

Tactical Missions advance the campaign to the next Cycle. Operations and some missions can expire, and story-critical missions become obligatory after a period of time. Finish important conversations, healing, upgrades, recruitment, and resource choices in The Den before launching the battle that moves the clock.

If a turn goes badly, the mission can be restarted from the game menu. Use a restart to test a different route or preserve an Operator when the result is clearly unrecoverable. The existence of a restart does not reveal the full campaign consequence of every failed mission, so those outcomes remain To be confirmed.

This walkthrough is most useful when it stays close to the displayed objective. Keep the main order, optional work, location, required Operator, timer, and success condition in separate notes. That preserves the route while leaving room for the live game to settle the remaining mission totals and branch rules.
